Mattress returns are easy and just a little different from our other products.
We ask that you try your Hush Mattress for at least 30 nights before starting a return. It can take a few weeks for your body to adjust, especially if you're coming from a different type of mattress like all foam.
After the first 30 days, you’ll have the rest of your 100-Night Trial to decide if it’s the right fit for you.
Mattress returns are free, and our team will schedule a freight pickup — no return label needed. When possible, we’ll arrange for the mattress to be donated locally.

Returns Process:
- Submit your request
- Once your request has been submitted, our team will review and confirm your request eligibility within 1-2 business days.
- Once approved, our pickup partners will call within 5–15 business days to schedule a pickup.

Refunds are automatically processed within 3–5 business days once your mattress has been picked up.
At any point during this process, you may check the status of your return through the return portal.
Please note, returns are not accepted after their respective trial period has ended. If you purchased your item from a third-party retailer, such as Sleep Country Canada, their return policy will apply instead.
*Hush USA uses Green Returns. Please self-donate your item to a local charity and upload a donation receipt before submitting your return request. Once proof of donation has been provided, refunds and exchanges will be processed in 3-5 business days. Requests without a valid donation receipt or proof of donation will not be accepted.
