Most Hush products come with a 60-Night or 100-Night Trial, depending on the item, which gives you the time and space to try Hush in your home, risk-free.
If your product isn’t the right fit, or if it arrives damaged during its trial period, follow the steps below to submit a return or exchange through our portal. Please note that returns can’t be processed once the 60 or 100-night trial window has ended.
If you purchased your item from a third-party retailer, such as Sleep Country Canada, their return policy will apply instead.

Once your request has been submitted, our team will review and confirm your request eligibility within 1-2 business days.

Once approved, a prepaid return label will be emailed to you.
For mattress returns, our pickup partners will call within 5–15 business days to schedule a pickup.*
Refunds and exchanges are automatically processed within 3–5 business days once your return is in transit or has been picked up.
At any point during this process, you may check the status of your return through the return portal.
Please note, returns and exchanges are not accepted after their respective trial period has ended. If you purchased your item from a third-party retailer, such as Sleep Country Canada, their return or exchange policy will apply instead.
Each product must be submitted for return individually and shipped using its own return label. We are unable to support multiple products returned under a single label, unless the item is labeled as a 2 Pack.
*Hush USA uses Green Returns. Please self-donate your item to a local charity and upload a donation receipt before submitting your return request. Requests without a valid donation receipt or proof of donation will not be accepted.
