If you are still within your product’s trial period, we are happy to help with an exchange. Bedding and accessories that are eligible for returns or covered by a trial can be exchanged for a different size, material, or style.
For mattress purchases, we are not able to process direct exchanges, but we can help you with a return if you would like to order a different size.

Exchange Process:
- Submit your request
- Once your request has been submitted, our team will review and confirm your request eligibility within 1-2 business days.
- Once approved, a prepaid return label will be emailed to you.*

Exchanges are automatically processed within 3–5 business days once your return is in transit.
At any point during this process, you may check the status of your return through the return portal.
Please note, returns are not accepted after their respective trial period has ended. If you purchased your item from a third-party retailer, such as Sleep Country Canada, their return policy will apply instead.
*Hush USA uses Green Returns. Please self-donate your item to a local charity and upload a donation receipt before submitting your exchange request. Once proof of donation has been provided, exchanges will be processed in 3-5 business days. Requests without a valid donation receipt or proof of donation will not be accepted.
