The Hush Mattress is protected by a 10-year manufacturer warranty. This covers structural defects that occur through normal use, including:
- Springs protruding through the fabric
- Foam wall separation
- Other similar manufacturing issues
If a defect arises, we will work with you to arrange a repair or provide a replacement if necessary. To submit a warranty claim, please contact our customer care team at hello@hush.ca for assistance.
